Bluum.com has a 30-day return policy on most products, and a 15-day return policy for defective items. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and may be subject to restocking fees. Manufacturer restrictions may apply to certain merchandise. Defective products may be returned within 15 days of invoice date, along with a valid RMA number. At their discretion, defective items may be repaired or exchanged for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent. Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date, along with a valid RMA number. Restocking charges will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange by up to 25%. Specially ordered products are not returnable. To get a valid RMA number, you need to contact Customer Service and provide the following information: Customer name, Applicable invoice number, Product serial number, Description of reason the product is being returned. Once the RMA is issued, you'll have 15 days to return the product(s). All products must be returned 100% complete, including all original packaging, manuals, packing materials, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Bluum reserves the right to refuse any returns, including those without a valid RMA number, those received more than 15 days after issuance of the RMA number, and returns without original packaging.
In terms of shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing, or pursuant to a Buy and Hold transaction, title and risk of loss pass from Seller to Buyer upon receipt of shipment from Seller. Seller is responsible for damage that occurs during shipment to the customer (FOB Destination), unless the customer has arranged the shipping contract with their own provider. If the buyer has arranged their own shipping method, the buyer would assume responsibility and ownership of the goods once the shipment is picked up at the Sellers location (FOB Origin). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the method of shipment will be at Seller’s discretion. Any delivery or shipment date is an estimate only. All claims for defective merchandise or errors in shipping must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Clients using their own carriers will be responsible for filing their own freight claims if product is damaged in transit.
