Seller is responsible for damage that occurs during shipment to the customer (FOB Destination), unless the customer has arranged the shipping contract with their own provider. If the buyer has arranged their own shipping method, the buyer would assume responsibility and ownership of the goods once the shipment is picked up at the Sellers location (FOB Origin).
